Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Orders

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Can-Cut. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, including file quality, material availability, or safety concerns.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order placement. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. Prices are based on the quoted dimensions and materials provided.

3. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Rush orders are subject to availability and the applicable rush surcharge.

4. File Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your DXF files are accurate and ready to cut. Can-Cut is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files.

5. Returns & Refunds

Custom plasma cut parts are made to order and are generally non-returnable. If a manufacturing error occurs on our part, we will re-make the part at no charge or issue a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Can-Cut's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages.
